Buying from Musa Kitchen Hub: how does it work?
From a rough idea to a fully installed and working kitchen, let us guide you through the four easy steps of our process.
1. Explore and experience
If you are located in or around Stockholm, we invite you to walk into our Stockholm studio anytime, to experience the materials firsthand and/or pick up some materials and colour samples to bring home. If you would like to be sure one of our designers has sufficient time to sit down and discuss your preferences, please book an appointment ahead of time here. Alternatively, if a visit to our studio is not convenient for you, you can order free colour/material samples here and set up a video meeting with one of our designers here.
2. Design
After your initial meeting, our team will take your input and prepare a design sketch with price estimate for you to review. If our proposal meets or exceeds your expectations, we will take your feedback on the sketch and prepare a final design proposal, with a price quote. Depending on your specific situation a location visit to your home may be required to check measurements and/or to finalise the design.
3. Order
Once the design is finalised and your order is confirmed, our factory in Germany starts the production of your kitchen elements. You can expect a lead time of approximately 3 weeks on fronts and 4 to 6 weeks on work surfaces. This gives you the time to purchase equipment and accessories in line with your wishes and budget. If needed, we can guide you through the process.
4. Install and … enjoy
We can deliver the elements to your carpenter.
In case you don’t have a contractor or carpenter to fit your new kitchen elements just let us know, we are happy to connect you with one of our experienced installers in the Stockholm area.
